Return Policy

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To initiate a return, you MUST submit a clear unboxing video to our customer care email. Return requests will be strictly denied without video proof showing the exact condition of the package and item(s) upon receipt.
  • Return Window & Condition: Items can be returned within 15-30 days of the delivery date. 
  • Returned items must be 100% brand new, unused, and have all original tamper-proof seals completely intact
  • Final Sale: Clearance/sale items, promotional gifts, and gift cards are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund

 

Refund Policy

  • Shipping Deductions: Once your return is approved, the outbound shipping costs and the return label fee will be automatically deducted from your refund amount
  • Restocking/Handling Fee: For packages returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or packages refused at delivery, a 10% handling fee will be deducted from your total refund to help cover operational and packaging costs
  • Refund Methods (Special Perks): After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, you have two options for your refund
  1. Option 1 (Highly Recommended): Store Credit + Free "Secret Box". We strongly encourage you to receive your refund as Store Credit deposited into your OddSundayClub account.  As a token of our appreciation, choosing this option unlocks a complimentary "Secret Box" that will be automatically included in your next order! (Note: Store Credit cannot be redeemed for cash)
  2. Option 2: Original Payment Method: If you prefer not to receive Store Credit, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. 
    1. Please allow 5-10 business days for our warehouse to process the return.
    2. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the funds to officially post to your account
